Fridays Flowers #2

One thing I have not had a problem finding this year is flowers to photograph.  The flowers are beautiful this year.  I took this photo at Woodward Park a few days ago using my Canon Power Shot SX50.  No editing except to re size photograph.

Hibiscus

Today we came across some of the largest Hibiscus plants we have ever seen.  My photo's really don't do the flowers justice.
Photo's taken with Hipstamatic.

Sunflowers

You would not think it was hard to take a photograph of a sunflower.  Well it is if you cant find any.  I spent a couple weeks driving all over Tulsa trying to find sunflowers.  Not luck.  Saturday I pulled up to work and just happened to glance behind some of the homes and spotted some sunflowers.  Grabbed my phone and headed over to take pictures.
Today's photograph was taken with my IPhone 4s.

Water Lillies

Tuesday while at Woodward Park I noticed all the water lilies are in full bloom.  I was also able to catch the sun in just the right place.
The following photo was taken with Canon Power Shot SX 50.

Back to work blues

I enjoy my job but when my days off are cut to just one day off it's a bit hard hauling myself back to work. I work a 10-7:30 shift every day so it leaves very little spare time for taking photo's.
My husband and I try to get out and enjoy one of my days off by going to the Park or Zoo.
Yesterday we headed to Woodward Park.  The following photo was taken with "Hipstamatic", using the following settings: Burke Lens, Blanko Freedom13 Film.
